Jennifer J. Fearon

Ms. Fearon was born in New York City and spent her early life in New Canaan, Connecticut and London, England. After graduating from the Mary Wheeler School in Providence, Rhode Island, she received an Honors Degree in Semiotics from Brown University.

Ms. Fearon co-founded and served as the EVP in charge of business development of Drury Design Dynamics. Drury is a management consulting firm specializing in business communications. Ms. Fearon was instrumental in building Drury into an internationally recognized consulting practice.

Now Ms. Fearon is the Managing Partner of VentureLink Advisers, a New York based corporate finance, business and financial consulting firm which has a branch in Palm Beach, Florida and a satellite office in London, England.

Ms. Fearon is also the Managing Partner of Chobe Advisers, a New York based physical commodities company. Chobe’s business capitalizes on the growth in global demand for physical commodities by leveraging financial, multinational and governmental relationships to advise on and execute physical commodities opportunities.

Additionally, Ms. Fearon is Managing Member of Intercontinental Energy Co., a multi-national energy company that focuses on the acquisition and financing of production and exploration of oil and natural gas; mid-stream assets, including terminals and pipelines; and refining and marketing properties.

Ms. Fearon is a member of the President’s Advisory Council of Instituto Centroamericano de Administracion de Empresas (INCAE), one of the premier business schools in Central America. INCAE has campuses in Nicaragua and Costa Rica and is affiliated to the Harvard Business School: It was founded in 1964 with the strong encouragement of John F. Kennedy.

Ms. Fearon is also on the Global Advisory Council of the Aproquen Burn Hospital in Managua, Nicaragua. Aproquen is a not-for-profit foundation offering free, specialized and comprehensive care as well as preventative medicine to children suffering from burn injuries and long-term afflictions such as congenital and acquired malformations.

For ten years Ms. Fearon was a Trustee of The Grace Children’s Foundation a New York based 501(c)(3) organization that improves the lives of orphaned and disadvantaged children in China through medical, educational and humanitarian aid programs.

Ms. Fearon was also Trustee of the Checkerboard Film Foundation for twenty years. Checkerboard is a non-profit documentary film production company founded in 1979.  Checkerboard documents living artists who have made important contributions to the American arts.



Cristian D. Turc

Cristian D. Turc

Mr. Turc graduated with an honors degree in Finance and Economics from Baruch Zicklin School of Business in 2003.

While attending college, Mr. Turc worked in the Facilities Management division at Syska Hennessy Group, a prominent consulting firm where he supported a team of engineers integrating new technologies and writing O&M procedures for major hospitals, premium metropolitan real estate buildings and US Army/Navy facilities. 

After graduating college, Mr. Turc worked for Venturelink, Inc. assisting the chief financial officer and other partners in various capacities as well as being a financial and research analyst.

Mr. Turc was a member of the private equities division at Maxim Group where he helped raise capital for public and privately held companies and produced due diligence reports for equity transactions and debt facilities.

Mr. Turc served as a controller in a single-family office for over ten years managing operations and day to day financial activity.

Currently, Mr. Turc is the Chief Operating Officer of VentureLink Advisers, LLC, a corporate finance boutique providing financial and business consulting and business development. 

Since 2016, Mr. Turc has been a volunteer soccer coach at Little Neck Douglaston Youth Club.
